Chiropractic Care At The Alliston Chiropractic Wellness Centre

Our chiropractic philosophy is quite simple. We want to improve your spinal function and structure. My job as your Alliston chiropractor is to remove problems with function and structure, in your spine, so that together we can create optimal health.

You have an amazing healing power in your brain and spinal cord. Our brain and spinal cord control every function in your body. For your heart to beat, lungs to breathe, muscles to move you, and even for a cut on your leg to heal, information must be constantly running over the nerves.

The primary function of the spine is to protect the spinal cord and nerves that exit. When your spine is in the correct position, all the nerve channels are functioning 100%. When your spine shifts out of its normal position, the nerves begin to get choked off. These shifts or misalignments are called subluxations. Subluxations not only break down the spine leading to arthritis, but more importantly puts pressure on the nervous system leading to symptoms.

As your Alliston Chiropractor, we use a number of highly-effective chiropractic adjusting approaches to help improve spinal functions and posture. The approach we use is has an in-office and component and a home based program. Your program is based on our judgment and years of experience.
