Step 1 | Online Paperwork

After being greeted by the team all patients are asked to fill out a confidential "Health History Form". You can download the paperwork and bring it in on your first visit. Once completed, you will then meet the Chiropractors in Alliston to discuss your health concerns and problems. Please allow about 45 minutes for this visit.

Step 2 | Chiropractic Examination

You will receive a Chiropractic Examination to determine if chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition.

Your exam can include a complete Orthopedic and Neurological Examination of the spine. If necessary x-rays will be taken to visualize the location of spinal problems and any potential damage.

Step 3 | Beginning Chiropractic Treatment

If your case requires immediate attention, first day chiropractic procedures may be administered.

Step 4 | Report Of Findings

Once Dr. Kent has studied your results, you will be invited back for a "Report of Findings". At which time you will receive a detailed description of what we found. After which if you decide that you would like to begin care, you will receive your first adjustment.
